All my life I have been a seeker. Looking into as many variations of spirituality as I could find. I studied under many 'gurus' teacher each with their own versions of reality. It is often said that which you focus on is that which you become. So, being that I focused on gurus I innevitably became one at first to my liking then to my dismay and back and forth as the pendulum swings. I liked being the teacher because I could open people up to new ideas and receive their adoration. I disliked it because of the responsibility that it involved. So I found myself not giving as much as I could. Also there is a veign in mysticism that strives to keep things secret.
Now the evolution of the teacher is becoming apparrent. It is obvious that the student progresses. But this should be true for the teacher as well. I found that I would withold information if I wasn't absolutely sure of its validity. Something I knew might be good but not perfect. Well we are all always on the path. A good teacher is always a student as well. So I embrace my evolution and I share it with others. I share My mistakes as well as my triumphs.

Considering Polarity
I am digging in here
working hard and thinking and doing a lot
Often times in these situations it is good to get back to the 'creator.' Placing the mind in a divine place is refreshing for the spirit. This makes returning to tasks a lot easier. Like the old question. What did you do before enlightenment? I chopped wood and carried water. What about after enlightenment. I chopped wood and carried water. Apparent realities seem the same but the underlying truth changes. As well when one goes through stages of enlightenment they may do the same thing but their experience of that thing greatly changes.
It is important to note duality and non-duality. Duality is similar to polarity in the balancing of opposites. The world being composed of positive and negative. This is very useful thought for functioning in the 'created universe.' This being the place where opposites exists. Where seemingly contradictory ideas can exist and both be true simultaneously. So beyond polarity and duality we return to the initial seed of creation. The oneness or even nothingness. Polarity is composed of at least two, even if the two are different expressions of the same thing. These are subdivisions of 'God' or supreme consciousness. Considering that oneness may not seem to have any practical use as does duality, but it sure makes you feel good. Divine thoughts clear aware the debris of negative thinking and make the spirit shine.

My Interests
I am going to deliver here a breif discourse about the nature of myself so ya'll have an idea of me and what to expest from this. I am incredibly interested in a multitudes of activities. I have spent many moons contemplating and meditating on infinity. In the universe I see there to be many wonderful things to take part in. Many things in my life began as hobbies. Many hobbies have been given up for the sake of more important ones. As life has developed my hobbies have turned into professions. The things things that one does give a little definition of ones character.
I am a full time yoga instructor. I love physical fitness, but this came after my love of spirit. Always with a cosmic mindset I took to yoga because it was healthy for my body while providing a means for spiritual connection. about a decade ago I would scoff at weightlifting. I found it silly and unnecessary. Today I find great joy in weightlifting. What turned me off of it in the first place was the lack of spirituality in it. I have since learned that I can practice more 'western' fitness with an eastern mentality. It comes down to this as far as polarity goes. fitness in the east is predominantly yin or gentle. In the west, more yan or aggressive. As I will continually discuss, the two in balance make for a wonderful existance.
Things I enjoy some of which mentioned in my profile:
chess -good for the mind a good friend once described that as 'mental' floss..lol
weighlifting...not to be confused with body building
(bodybuilding is mostly aesthetic, whereas weightlifting os more functional.
skateboarding - very aggressive passtime.
this is necessary in my life to balance out the amount of time I spend meditating...pure stillness
art - bachelors degree from Maryland Institute College of Art... nuff said
music - something wonderful that I can create but cannot see as if by magic.
spiritualism - connection to the supreme. to see the big picture... love
There is more but these are the main ones which I will reference frequently in this post.
thank you - I love you all

teaching yoga
Just drank some coffee and did about a half hour meditation. Feeling better after exhaustion from many activities. I will commense towards one of my favorite yoga classes to teach. This one I have taught longer than any other. delivering something about the feet. It is my impression that humans have become detached from their feet. Excessive shoe wearing and increased mental activity of mankind has brought awareness away from our (dogs). Being that one of my favorite pastimes is skateboarding the feet are very important to me. One thing that has greatly helped me in connection to the feet is thinking of them like hands. They are basically the same structure as the hands and move in a very similar way.
feet - like hands that grab the earth
toes like the tips of roots from a tree
It is important to note all the activity that goes on in the foot. It is apparrent the movement of the toes and ankle but more subtly I find great benefit in developing awareness of the portion between the toes and ankle. developing this leads to greater balance strength and agility. also having a strong and unified foot will greatly reduce knee injuries and help heal old ones.
thank you

Basically I am posting something now because I want to get familiar with this media. I am relatively new to the internet after I burned out on computers in college seen years ago. But fortunately i am interested in so many things that now I come around full circle to find the internet as a wonderful place to share the things I love. All throughout my life I have been enthusiastic about many pursuits. The main one being spirituality. Once spirituality is in check(forme) all other things fall into place. The most mundane taskes become spiritual as well.
